The Sierra Sisters, Bettye Swart, Carol Murphy, and Wanda McCarger want to announce a great fly fishing opportunity for women fly fishers. On the weekend of May 2-4, 2008, the National Turkey Federation will be hosting “Women in the Outdoors” at the Fort Tejon Ranch north of Los Angeles. The fee is a nominal $75.00 and there will be a variety of outdoor courses over the course of the weekend. Note that this event is open to women only!
