The clubhouse rebuilding is about to kick into high gear! The building permits are scheduled to be pulled tomorrow, April 10, 2008. Soon after, the contractor should begin complete the demo and the rebuilding can begin! Pictures of the current state of the building will be posted as soon as I can get inside to take some shots.
Club members Paul Burgner, Alan Ross, and others have been cleaning up the contents of the clubhouse and organizing what will be kept and what is beyond repair. In addition to the overall rebuilding, Paul is working on the audio-visual and alarm system wiring to bring it up-to-date with the latest technology.
Mark Flo will be conducting a dishwashing party this weekend on Saturday April 12th, and Sunday April 13th, beginning at 8 a.m. All are welcome to show up and help. The dishes are to be washed and stored away, so the construction can get underway.
